By booking with us you agree to the following terms and conditions…

BOOKINGS

All bookings are allocated a 2 hour sitting after which the table will be required back unless prior arrangements have been made with the restaurant for the table to be held longer. We will always do our best to accommodate requests for this but cannot guarantee such requests.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Restaurant bookings for more than 10 guests are confirmed by a deposit of £10.00 per person. For special occasions such as Mothers Day, Any events organised by The Bow Deli a £10.00 per person deposit will apply. Christmas party deposits of £5 per person are non-refundable. See below for details of cancellation on our 24 hours cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations that are cancelled and amendments to the booking made less than 24 hours prior to the date of their booking will forfeit the deposit if one has been paid. If none has been paid a £10.00 per person charge will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice has been given.

PRE ORDERS

Pre orders for Christmas Party menu need to be received by us 2 weeks prior to your visit. Any pre ordered food not cancelled with us 24 hours prior to your visit will be charged in full.

PET AND GUIDE DOG POLICY

Animals are not accepted in the upstairs dining areas unless assisting guests with disabilities, well behaved dogs are welcome, on leads, in the deli.

SMOKING & E-CIGARETTES

In line with legislation passed in 2007 The Bow Deli is no-smoking in the restaurant, public rooms and toilets. E-Cigarettes are also not permitted.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers issued by The Bow Deli are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift vouchers are also not redeemable for cash or credit.

RESPONSIBLE SERVING OF ALCOHOL

Do you look under 25? We are part of Challenge 25. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when ordering alcohol. Please bring photo ID.

FOOD ALLERGIES

We cannot list every item in each dish on our menu. If you have food allergies please mention this on booking or arrival so that our serving staff can advise you which dishes are appropriate for your needs.

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS 

All items, belongings and other property brought into the premises by you are at your own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage to such property. 

FAILURE TO PAY

Where the customer fails to pay for whatever reason the restaurant will use any card details provided to us to recover monies owed to us.

RETURNS

Please contact the restaurant as soon as possible to discuss your concerns within 7 days for shelf items and 48 hours for fresh.
